Senior Business Development Associate

 

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Associate with a strong background in selling CRO services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. The successful candidate will develop new business, primarily with an emphasis in phase II-IV markets, and formulate key account strategies. We offer a lucrative compensation package with base salary and possibly the highest commission structure in the industry. We are seeking a self starter, motivated person.

 

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales forecast and related performance metrics
- Maintain relationships and develop sales leads within account base
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology companies whilst maintaining a high level of understanding of the decision making process within all major sponsors
- Communicate regularly with clinical project teams

- Participate and present in industry trade shows and symposia

- Collaborate with the proposal  team in creating proposal and contract documents
- Design, implement and execute strategic account plans
- Prepare and conduct sponsor presentations


Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (graduate level preferred)
- Two years CRO business development experience

- Willingness to travel up to 40%

 

 

Clinical Research Associates

 

We are seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA's) to serve as the primary contact with individual investigative sites and to carry out qualification visits, initiation visits, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits in adherence to company standard operating procedures. CRA's will also provide mentoring to less experienced members of the project team and assist the project management team with certain project management functions.

Education and Experience:
-Minimum 2 years clinical monitoring experience, oncology experience preferred
-Bachelors degree or higher in a health sciences related field

 
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent clinical trial monitoring skills and strong attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills
- Strong communication skills

- Team player with team building skills
- Adequate computer related skills

- Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines
-Travel may be 60-80%, depending on project needs

 

 

Regional Based Project Managers

 

We are currently seeking several regional based project managers to oversee all operational aspects of clinical studies. More specifically, the project manager is responsibilities include:

 

- Responsible for the successful conduct of assigned projects.

- Manage all aspects of designated projects

- Responsible for delivering on time and on budget client deliverables

- Lead project team

- Key client contact for assigned projects

- Assist business development as required

- Establish excellent working relationships with client project teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence

- Line management responsibilities

- Travel expected up to 30%


Education/Experience Required:

- Bachelor degree or higher in the health sciences

- Thorough knowledge of project management processes.

- Minimum of five years of experience including demonstrated skills and competency in clinical project management tasks

- Broad knowledge of drug development process and client needs

- A self starter

- Financial awareness and ability to actively manage financial tracking systems

- Demonstrated ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate staff

- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
