Learning at VinCro
VinCro has policies in place that serve to address career and professional development progression for our employees. All VinCro employees are required to mentor at least one other colleague in line with career aspirations. It is our philosophy that the best way to learn is to perform under the supervision of the experienced. For example, if one of our associates is striving to become a clinical monitor, VinCro is committed to having the associate accompany an experienced clinical monitor on each type of site visit. The mentor is responsible for guiding the associate through training and development and for assessing the monitoring capabilities until they are mastered.
